Bubble Tape was a type of bubble gum created by Wrigley Company in the 1980s, but attained its poplarity in the 1990s. As a result of its one of kind packaging and advertising to preteen children it became widely popular. Bubble Tape was enclosed in a pink tape dispenser the looked like a shell and it offered six feet of bubble gum wrapped in a spiral. The flavors varied from "Awesome Original" to "Tangy Tropical". Bubble Tape was aimed for children to purchase and continues to be sold in stores today in varying sizes such as king size (9 feet) and mega roll (10 feet).
